Welcome to tablepass. By accessing or using our website at tablepass.nyc, our mobile application, or any related service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
1 Service Description
tablepass is an automated restaurant reservation monitoring and booking-attempt service for high-demand NYC restaurants on Resy and OpenTable. The Service consists of continuous availability monitoring, automated booking attempts on your behalf, and dashboard access to queue and manage reservation requests.
The Service is a monitoring and platform-access subscription. Whether or not any specific reservation is ultimately secured depends on restaurant-side availability and is not guaranteed by tablepass. Subscriptions purchase the monitoring service and platform access; they do not purchase a guaranteed reservation.
Subscription tiers and what each includes:
- tablepass Gold — $29/month. Continuous monitoring of high-demand Resy and OpenTable restaurants, automated booking attempts on cancellations and new releases, full dashboard access to queue and manage reservation requests, and up to 3 included bookings per billing cycle. Additional bookings billed at the per-booking overage rate.
- tablepass Platinum — $59/month. Everything in Gold plus a higher concurrent-monitor limit, expanded scout coverage, and up to 5 included bookings per billing cycle.
- tablepass Black — starting at $499/month. Built for executive assistants and principals who entertain clients regularly. Includes the TablePass Black Concierge (24/7 assistance + large-party bookings), Priority Pass on every booking (priority queue position for high-demand restaurants), and 8 included reservations per billing cycle.
- Pay Per Use — $18 per confirmed reservation. Charged only on success.
Service operations include:
- Drop monitoring — attempting to book the instant a restaurant releases its reservation calendar
- Cancellation monitoring — watching 24/7 for cancellations and attempting to book them on your behalf
- Dashboard — web and mobile dashboard to queue requests, view monitor status, manage included credits, and review history
- Notifications — in-app and SMS updates about monitoring activity and booking outcomes
2 Account & Eligibility
To use tablepass, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid phone number capable of receiving SMS messages
- Have an active Resy and/or OpenTable account
- Provide accurate and truthful information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
3 Pricing & Payment
- Pay Per Use: $18 per confirmed reservation
- Gold: $39/month (or $29/month billed annually) — includes 3 reservations per billing cycle; additional bookings billed at the overage rate
- Platinum: $59/month (or $49/month billed annually) — includes 5 reservations per billing cycle; additional bookings billed at the overage rate
- Black: starting at $499/month — includes 8 reservations per billing cycle, Priority Pass on every booking, and the TablePass Black Concierge (24/7 assistance + large-party bookings).

What the subscription fee pays for. Your monthly subscription fee purchases access to the tablepass monitoring service and platform for the billing period — including continuous monitoring of your selected restaurants, automated booking attempts, scout infrastructure dedicated to your queue, dashboard access, and the included bookings allowance for that cycle. The subscription fee is earned by tablepass at the start of each billing period in exchange for that monitoring service and access, regardless of whether any specific reservation request results in a confirmed booking.
Per-reservation fees (overage bookings, Pay Per Use, and Priority Pass add-ons) are charged only when tablepass successfully confirms a booking on your behalf. If we are unable to secure a table, no per-reservation fee is charged for that attempt. Per-reservation fees are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed, as the booking has been completed on your restaurant platform account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable. Pricing is subject to change; active subscribers may be grandfathered at their existing rate.
4 How It Works
- You select a restaurant, date(s), preferred times, and party size
- You link your Resy or OpenTable account credentials (encrypted and stored securely)
- Our system monitors for availability and books on your behalf the instant a matching slot becomes available
- You receive an SMS confirmation when your reservation is secured
- The reservation appears directly in your Resy or OpenTable account under your name
5 Credentials & Authorization
By linking your Resy or OpenTable account, you authorize tablepass to act as your agent and submit reservation requests using your credentials. Your password is encrypted at rest and transmitted only to the relevant platform’s API. We do not use your credentials for any purpose other than booking reservations on your behalf.
6 Third-Party Platform Risks
tablepass interacts with third-party reservation platforms (such as Resy and OpenTable) on your behalf. By granting tablepass access to your third-party accounts, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Third-party platforms may modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate your account at their sole discretion and in accordance with their own terms of service
- tablepass has no control over the policies, actions, or decisions of third-party platforms regarding your account
- You are solely responsible for maintaining compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect to tablepass
- tablepass is not liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, terminations, lost reservations, charges, or other consequences imposed by third-party platforms as a result of using our service
- By using tablepass, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these risks, including any changes, restrictions, or actions that may be applied to your account by any third-party reservation platform
7 Venue Fees, Deposits & Dining Costs
Dining experience costs, deposits, prepaid menus, cancellation fees, and any other charges associated with a reservation are determined entirely by the venue. tablepass solely facilitates the booking of the reservation on your behalf and has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any fees or charges imposed by the restaurant.
By using tablepass, you authorize us to book reservations on your behalf and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting any costs, deposits, or cancellation policies associated with your reservation prior to requesting a booking. tablepass is not liable for any venue-imposed charges resulting from reservations booked through our service.
8 No Guarantee of Availability
While we achieve a high success rate, we cannot guarantee that any specific reservation will be secured. Restaurant availability depends on factors outside our control, including platform timing, competition from other users, and restaurant policies. You will not be charged for unsuccessful booking attempts.
9 Cancellations & Modifications
Reservations booked through tablepass are held under your personal Resy or OpenTable account. You may cancel or modify them directly through those platforms, subject to each restaurant’s cancellation policy. The tablepass service fee is non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed.
Subscription cancellation. You may cancel your tablepass subscription at any time from the dashboard or by contacting our concierge at (917) 727-9421. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period’s subscription fee is not refunded, and you retain monitoring access through the end of that period.
10 Refunds & Chargebacks
Refund policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Per-reservation fees are non-refundable once a reservation has been confirmed on your linked restaurant-platform account. tablepass may, at its sole discretion, issue a goodwill refund in exceptional circumstances; such refunds are not a precedent and do not modify this policy.
Disputes & chargebacks. If you have any concern about a charge, contact the tablepass concierge first by texting (917) 727-9421. Most concerns can be resolved within minutes. By using the Service you agree to attempt a good-faith resolution with tablepass before initiating a payment-card chargeback or dispute.
Chargebacks for the monitoring service. Because the tablepass subscription is a monitoring and platform-access service — not a guaranteed reservation — the absence of a confirmed booking is not, by itself, evidence that the Service was not delivered. The Service is delivered when tablepass monitors restaurants on your behalf, attempts bookings against your queue, and provides dashboard access during your billing period, regardless of whether a specific reservation is ultimately secured.
Any chargeback that is determined to have been initiated in bad faith, or initiated without first attempting resolution through the tablepass concierge, may result in (i) immediate termination of your account, (ii) reversal of the chargeback through evidence submission, and (iii) recovery of any associated costs, dispute fees, and reasonable legal fees.
